Back at Diema in Diepholz for reconditioning from 1972, it was sold on to the Carl Schwarting clinker works in Borgstede near Varel in 1973.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:17px\" class=\"eplus-wrapper\">In 1984, the 2254 was passed on to the Carl Schwarting brickworks in Borgstede near Varel as a monument locomotive. After 2008, it was sold twice to private owners, most recently in Ilmenau. It has been at the German Light Railway Museum since 2011.
