Easter at the DFKM

On 20.04. and 21.04.2025, the Henschel steam locomotive from 1927 will take you from the historic Deinster station to the Lütjenkamp Museum through the Stade Feldmark and back. The trip, including a visit to the museum shed, takes approx. 50 minutes and children receive an Easter surprise. The barbecue at the station and the kiosk in the museum shed provide refreshments.

The train departs every hour from 10:40 - 15:40. The passenger cars are heated with cannon stoves.

In fine weather, the open lorry train with historic diesel locomotive runs from Deinster station through the lush cornfield to the new end of the line every hour from 11:10 - 16:10. Possibility to change between steam and seat locomotive train in Lütjenkamp. (see Time table)
