DIEMA 2254
Delivered by Diema in 1959 to the Breidenbach & Co. light railway factory in Mannheim, then sold on to the Wilhelm Stürmlinger Söhne gravel works in Durmersheim near Rastatt. Back at Diema in Diepholz for reconditioning from 1972, it was sold on to the Carl Schwarting clinker works in Borgstede near Varel in 1973.
In 1984, the 2254 was passed on to the Carl Schwarting brickworks in Borgstede near Varel as a monument locomotive. After 2008, it was sold twice to private owners, most recently in Ilmenau. It has been at the German Light Railway Museum since 2011. It has a semi-mechanical transmission with a 4-cylinder 4-stroke diesel engine and electric starter.
